Dr. Hachem Dadoush
Medical Director

Dr. Dadoush graduated from Damascus Medical School in 1989. After working as a research fellow At Harvard Medical School, he completed a Masters in Public Health at Boston University, and then started his postgraduate medical training in 1992 at Yale University.

In 1999, after getting his board certification in Internal Medicine and Emergency Medicine, Dr. Dadoush returned back to Damascus, his hometown, where he was practicing medicine.

In 2011, Dr. Dadoush and his family returned to Texas. He was chosen as the medical director of the ED at Knapp Medical Center in Weslaco, TX untill 2014, when Dr. Dadoush and his family moved to Austin.

James Koch
Physician Assistant

James started his medical career in 1991 when he became an EMT. In 1994, he became a Licensed Paramedic and started his career at Austin Travis County EMS. He worked as a Special Operations Paramedic until 1999. In addition to working at ATCEMS, James was a volunteer Firefighter/Paramedic for Southeast Travis County for 13 years. After leaving ATCEMS, James started PA school at MCP Hahnemann University in Philadelphia, Pa.

Upon graduation in 2001, James began his career working as a PA in family practice, in Lockhart, Tx. James has worked in many specialties including Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, Dermatology, and Pain Management. Most recently, James worked for 5 years at an Inpatient Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation facility in Wimberley Texas, and is currently working at a facility in Spicewood. Finally, he has worked as a contracted employee at a variety of inpatient and detox facilities in Austin, Kyler, Buda, and Canyon Lake.

James is single and has three living children. He lives in Southwest Austin, and enjoy spending time outdoors, as well as hunting and fishing. He spends time reading, and watching movies, and loves being a bit of a foodie. In addition, spending time enjoying family and friends is a top priority.

Dr. Denise Josey
Chief Medical Officer Southeast Region

Dr. Denise Josey, MD, MPH, MS is currently the program director for the Florida Department of Health- Palm Beach County Preventive Medicine/Public Health Residency Program in West Palm Beach, Florida and Assistant Professor of Preventive Medicine at Nova Southeastern University.

Dr. Josey earned her Doctorate of Medicine degree from Howard University College of Medicine; a Masters of Public Health degree with a concentration in Quantitative Methods (Biostatistics and Epidemiology) from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of NJ School of Public Health- now Rutgers University; and Master of Science degree in Human Nutrition from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. She completed her residency in Preventive Medicine/Public Health Medicine at the Florida Department of Health in Palm Beach County and an Addiction Medicine fellowship at Saint Joseph Mercy hospital in Ann Arbor, Michigan. She currently holds board certifications in both Addiction Medicine and Preventive Medicine/Public Health Medicine.

Dr. Josey has represented the International Society of Doctors for the Environment at the United Nations for the 61st Session of the Commission on the Status of Women, is a faculty member of the American Society of Addiction Medicine Pain and Addiction Planning Committee, and a faculty member for the ASAM national Pain and Addiction Applied Skills Workshop.

Dr. Josey brings to us a wealth of knowledge and expertise having managed multiple addiction treatment centers and psychosocial rehab centers clinics throughout Florida.

She has dedicated her career to mental health, lifestyle medicine, chronic pain, and mitigating the effects of systemic discrimination in communities.

Dr. Olin Halem
Chief Medical Officer Midwest Region

I was born on 2ed of November. Youngest of 5 siblings. My father was a pharmacist attained his degree proudly from the American University of Beirut in 1966. My mom was a principle for 35 years of her life. She was an artist and most talented tailor. My Siblings finished all university degrees in different specialties. I Finished high school in 1999. My average was the highest in the branch I chose with major math and physics and biology. I was accepted in medical schools and have been doing medicine since I was 20, technically.

I have two kids, at this moment my son is almost 18 and my daughter is 10. That is a big fact of life I I admit , as a mother , a daughter and sure as a doctor, every time I try to teach these two a lesson , I end up learning mine, too. I now live in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

Lakeisha Love
Nurse Practitioner

Lakeisha started her medical career in 2011 as a registered nurse. She worked a variety of settings including home health, agency, emergency room, telemetry, ICU and detox rehabilitation. In 2014 she attended Chamberlain University in Chicago Illinois to further her career as a board-certified family nurse practitioner.

Since 2016 she has had the pleasure in managing her own patient panel in family and internal medicine in private, rural health and telehealth settings. Her goal as a primary care provider is to provide evidence-based medicine holistically. Her key focus is specializing in addiction medicine to help end the opioid pandemic by helping individuals to the road of recovery. Her expertise and guidance will help formulate a detailed care plan that meets the needs of each individualized patient. Lakeisha enjoys taking care of patients and her priority is to provide high quality care. Her goal is to further her education to become dual certified in psychiatry. Her favorite quote is “medicine is enjoyable when you are doing the work you love.”

Lakeisha is married and have two living children. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, watching movies and spending time with family.
